Step 1: Prepare Your Space (2–3 minutes)
Find a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.
Optional: Light a candle or incense in honor of Great Spirit or whatever name you give to the Creator, Source, or energy of life itself.
As you light it, invite this energy to be present, holding the container of your ritual and blessing your space with protection, clarity, and connection.
Imagine your space as a living portal, a sacred container for your inner alchemy.
Step 2: Breath & Energy Activation (5–6 minutes)
Get Comfortable
Sit with a long spine or lie down.
Close your eyes and feel your body supported by the Earth.
1 Minute of Breath of Fire
Inhale and exhale rapidly through the nose, letting the belly pump naturally with each breath.
Keep the pace steady, like a gentle, rhythmic drum.
This breath clears stagnation, activates your energy, and awakens your inner fire.
Energy Clearing Breath (2–3 minutes)
Begin slow, deep breaths.
Inhale cleansing energy:imagine light moving through your body, breaking up any stuck or heavy energy.
Exhale fully, visualizing yourself pushing stagnant energy down through your root into the Earth to be composted and renewed.
Repeat for several breaths, inhale cleansing light, exhale old energy, until you feel spacious, clear, and connected.
Step 3: Release Through Heart and Action (5–7 minutes)
Bring both hands to your heart and take three slow breaths, imagining that you are breathing in and out through the heart space.
With each inhale, feel yourself connect to the voice of your heart.
With each exhale, soften and create space for truth to rise.
Listen inwardly for any guidance or awareness of what is ready to be released.
Writing Your Release
Write down anything you wish to release: thought patterns, habits, emotional weight, or any energy that no longer serves.
It could be as small as “scrolling my phone first thing in the morning” or as big as “fear of stepping into my purpose.”
Let your heart lead, without judgment.
The Release Ritual
Burn the paper safely with a candle, returning the ashes to the Earth in a garden or potted plant.
Or tear it into tiny pieces and dispose of it in a way that feels like a true offering of release.
As you release it, speak or think:
“I honor what has been. I release what no longer serves. I create space for the new to enter.”
Step 4: Call in Your Lionsgate Intentions (5–7 minutes)
Close your eyes and enter a gentle self-guided meditation, trusting your own inner facilitator to lead the way.
Use these prompts as a guide, but follow your intuition:
Visualize a golden portal of light above your head, opening like a radiant sun.
See this energy pouring into you, awakening your heart, creativity, and life force.
Breathe it through your body, filling the open space you’ve created with clarity and vitality.
Silently or aloud, speak words like:
“I am ready to receive the blessings that are meant for me. I open my heart to abundance, clarity, and joy.”
Step 5: Anchor Your Intentions
After your meditation, write down any intentions or visions that came through.
If you received specific guidance, write it clearly as a statement or prayer.
If nothing specific came through, write a simple invitation for guidance, such as:
“I create space for my highest path to reveal itself as the Lionsgate portal opens.”
Step 6: Seal and Ground Your Ritual (2–3 minutes)
Take three deep grounding breaths, imagining roots dropping into the Earth.
Thank yourself, the Earth, and the Spirit or Source energy you called upon for holding this sacred space.
If it feels right, speak a closing blessing or prayer, signaling to your energy that the ritual is complete and your seeds are planted.
Optional Ongoing Practice
Over the next few days, return to your breath, your heart, and your intentions for even a minute or two each day.
The Lionsgate Portal energy will continue to flow, open, and reveal as you make space for it.
