    This immersive experience combines sound healing with somatic awareness practices to guide participants into deep rest, release, and reset.

    Using a blend of live acoustic instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and voice, this session is designed to invite the nervous system into parasympathetic regulation and the body into deeper sensory connection.

    I guide participants through gentle body-based prompts, breath cues, and stillness practices to open awareness to how sound moves through and supports the system. These sessions are deeply grounding, often described as “a massage for the soul” or “resetting the body’s frequency.”
