Breath of Life: 4-Week Journey to Inner Connection

Our 4-week Breathwork Coaching and Education Program is a transformative, journey designed to awaken the wisdom that resides within our whole being. This program is tailored for those who seek a deeper connection with the elements, their body, and inner voice, and strengthen their bridge with intuition and spirit. It's an invitation to explore the science of breath and the human body while growing through life's experiences.

Program Overview

  • In the following weeks, we delve into a diverse array of topics, move through the chakra centers and seamlessly weave breathwork into each theme, with each topic helping you understand the breath better and enhancing your ability to work with it

    Each week follows a structured pattern:

    1-Hour Breathwork Session: Whether in person or online, our breathwork sessions provide a sacred space to explore the depth and potential of your breath.

    1-Hour Education Topic: Dive into a new educational topic each week, unveiling the science behind the breath, the body, and its transformative power.

    30 Minutes: Learning breath techniques that go along with the topic.

    At-Home Practice: Between sessions, you'll be given at-home practices, offering a blend of breathwork techniques and educational insights that empower you to integrate your learning into your daily life.

  • As we move through the course, we will also move through the below topics in a integrative and hands on way. That helps you to activate you inner alchemist and bring your healing into your home.

    Power of the Voice: Unleash the power of your voice and understand its connection to breath.

    Our voice is one of our most powerful tools for self-growth and healing. Like the rest of our perfectly designed body, it is made specially for us. The very frequency of our voice is a medicine for our physical and energetic body.

    Power of somatic movement: Tap into the wisdom of the mind body connection.

    Our body records our life experience like a library, but how do we read those books? How do we let these stories out and even write new ones? We will learn some movement techniques that tap us into the knowledge.

    Working with the Elements: Discover how the elements can guide and amplify your breathwork experience.

    An opportunity to bring ceremony into your home. Connect with plants and herbs as bring their medicine into your homes. Dallas finds the right plants to fit your current needs and guides you in their uses and teachings. This can bring you a deeper connection with elements as you begin to work with them hands on forming your own relations to them.

    Setting Sacred Space for the Breath: Create sacred environments to enhance your breathwork practice.

    Any space with intention can be made into a portal that opens many worlds that live within us. Building a container, creating a sacred space for your healing is an essential role in building our relationship with spirit and our soul voice.

    Sound Science: Explore the science of sound and its synergistic relationship with breath.

    Sound is the major player in our life. no matter where we live or what life we walk in, we are constantly surrounded by sound, by frequency. The more we understand the frequencies around us the more we can take control on how they affect our body and mind. We Can use sound as a tool for healing and even to protect us from frequencies that are non-beneficial.

    Nervous System: Gain insights into the role of the nervous system in breath control and overall well-being.

    The nervous system is like a giant library. That hold stories from the beginning of our life. Its much like a road map. to our emotions and body. It can tell us so much about the state of being we are in. When we fully begin to understand this part of the body temple, we can take healing directly into our own hands. Healing of the body, and of the mind.

    Respiratory System: Explore the intricate workings of the respiratory system, understanding its impact on your breath.

    This is the control station! When we learn how to navigate the breath, we learn how to navigate our life. Taking care of the control station is important! Learning how to maintain a healthy respiratory system, giving it the proper stretches, herbs, and exorcise, is key to living a long and healthy life.

    Brainwave States: Learn how different brainwave states influence your breath and consciousness.

    Did you know your brain is constantly putting out a sound wave? a vibration? Depending on what it looks like, depicts what state your mind/body are operating in. Fortunately you have the ability to change your the state of your brain and where its functioning from. Understanding how these different states, can help us improve our communication, sleep, creativity and focus.

The breath never fails to bring a smile to my face. It's intriguing how something so integral to our very existence, the force that sustains us day in and day out, can remain strangely elusive. Every time I turn my attention to the breath, a smile of appreciation tugs at the corners of my lips. It's the realization that we possess a gift that we're often disconnected from.

For me, forging a more intimate connection with the breath felt like being handed the helm of a ship with a simple directive - "You're the captain now." The sense of empowerment that emanates from connecting with our breath, our voice, our inner messenger, is nothing short of euphoric. Yet, it's also akin to setting sail on an ocean of emotions, a grand adventure in which we steer our lives from within. Acquiring the structure, the scientific knowledge and the tools to navigate this journey was akin to assembling a crew for my ship, equipping myself for the enduring odyssey that I continue to embark upon.

My life has always been an exploration of different avenues to converse with my inner voice. I've felt my spirit guiding me, leading the way, and various modalities have always illuminated my path. Nature and the elements, music and its vibrations, movement and the resonance of my voice, and then came the breath. It arrived in a manner unlike anything I'd experienced before, and I found myself endlessly captivated by the countless ways to dance with this fundamental part of my being.

Sharing this relationship and holding space for others to cultivate their own connection with their breath, voice, and spirit is, without a doubt, the most profound gift I've been bestowed with thus far.
